COME along and join us at our coffee morning and help boost the Friarage MRI scanner appeal at the same time.
Everyone is welcome to drop in to Northallerton town hall, high street, Northallerton on Wednesday 30 September from 9am to 1.30pm.
Why not drop in for a cup of coffee, enjoy a browse, have a spin on the tombola and a delicious treat or two?
Our delicious MRI pies – the pork, plum and Wensleydale cheese savoury treat kindly produced by Johnsons Butchers of Thirsk to raise funds for the scanner appeal – will also be on sale. You can also tuck in to a tasty bacon sarnie.
Attractions also include handcrafted gifts, books, bric a brac and various stalls to help boost fundraising for the scanner appeal.
You also have the chance to win a brand new car in our Friarage MRI scanner appeal raffle, possibly for just £2!”
Our appeal’s team will be selling raffle tickets for the car – valued at £12,395 – which has multifunction colour touchscreen, air conditioning, 15” alloy wheels, front fog lights and blue tooth and was provided by Simon Bailes Peugeot in Northallerton.
Paul Watkins, South Tees Charity’s head of fundraising, said: “Our coffee mornings are a great way of supporting the scanner appeal, meeting our appeals team and enjoying some time out to relax. Everyone enjoys them and it also gives us the opportunity to chat to local people and keep them up to date on how the appeal is going.”
