Wath Street Fair & Food Festival: Saturday July 1st – 1.00pm

2017 Wath Street FairThe popular Wath Street Fair & Food Festival (Nr Ripon) takes place this year on Saturday July 1st.

There will be the usual Street Fair stalls and activities such as children’s fancy dress, a dog show, cakes, tombola, bric a brac, hot dogs/burgers, ice cream, produce & plants, bouncy castle, raffle, vintage tractor parade, coconut shy, delicious teas and much more. There will also be a brass band entertaining visitors throughout the afternoon and an appearance by Noddy for the younger visitors.

In addition there will be food stalls and cookery demos by Sue Nelson from Yorkshire Food Finder, Harrison Barraclough, the manager of the George Inn, Wath, and Gillian Robinson of the Malton Cookery School.

Rounding off the day will be an excellent hog roast at The George Pub starting at 6.00pm.
